IMO, 2-2/7-10, and a tie for 6/7 place in the HL does not vindicate  a HC who was 0.294 in HL play over 10 years, and 0.125 last year.

I hope Jerry goes out with a bang.  I actually think we'll make either the CIT or CBI tournaments after finishing about 0.500 in league play.  I think they may even reach the quarterfinals in the Motor City Madness tournament.  It would finish his HC career on a positive note.

Let's just not pretend the last 10 years were anything other than what they were.....that's known as delusion.  Even the current record/RPI/standing would be worthy of dismissal of a HC if ongoing in most HL programs.

Quite a performance by Morse.  13 of 18 from the field and 15 of 17 from the line.

Not saying that we will be going to the sweet sixteen, but it is funny how all the Slocum haters are quiet. Will go win less in the league, total of five wins yadda yadda yadda. On his way to 800!

Oh boy lol

Not saying that John Wooden's record is threatened, just making the point that some of the Slocum slamming on this board is a little over the top. Simple as that. I understand what we have.

Morse in national media spotlight /collegeinsider.com:

"Cameron Morse (Youngstown State): All Morse did on Saturday was drop 44 on Green Bay in the Penguins 103-93 win over the Phoenix.  The 6-foot-2 sophomore shot an impressive 72% from the field. Earlier in the week he had 23 points, six assists and four rebounds in a huge road win at Oakland. He also had 18 points for the ‘Guins against Milwaukee on Thursday night. Busy week for Morse who is averaging just over 18 points per game."
