You get it Wick, loud and rowdy is one thing. Having my wife and kids having to listen to raw language from a bunch of drunks is another thing.

You'll have a hard time convincing me the sale of beer will increase attendance greatly at a YSU football game.

We will sell beer, and if attendance goes down, it will be bad, so if attendance goes up, you won't believe it or what?

I could only find spring practice for Creek and that means nothing.  The 2 DBs were both from JC games, so that is slightly more meaningful than HS games.  They are both very agressive, closing hard against both the run and pass.  With Larry, Curly, and Moe, along with Justus Reed at DE, we will need a ton of tackles from our LBs and DBs.

We probably will Go, but with the secondary being improved, and knowing we already have talent at DT and LB, we may be in good shape for that to happen.

How do you see the secondary imporved?  Altough both safeties had INTs against EWU, they were pretty much torched from then on.  The CBs are all new so we know little to nothing?

I agree. The secondary is what worries me the most. Besides Powell, nobody is proven back there. Bo is magic when it comes to pass defense so I guess we'll see.

My point through this whole tread is Bo has been magic when it comes to pass RUSH.  You put Tom Brady on the Browns last year and you get, what 3-4 wins?  He can't throw from his back.  Bo has covered some marginal DBs with some GREAT pass rush.   While the DB may be as good, or even a little better, the pass rush stands to be MUCH weaker and that is going to cause problems.

Easton Stick is only a jr at NDSU,
Christian is only a jr at SDSU
Kollmorgan is still eligible at UNI but may not play with concussions which is good for YSU, but Dunne is only a jr at UNI.
Straub is only a jr at Southern Il
Kolbe is only a soph at Ill State
Streveler is back for his senior season at South Dakota

I can only see the secondary being improved from experience plus Bo brought in transfers. He made comments during the conference call to the effect that the secondary is better this year than last year. Although, it may very well not be the case, I'm going to be hopeful.
