I walked pass it yesterday. I think it will be completed in a month, even at the speed of the Youngstown Road Department (as long as they don't cut the power and fiber optics cables again)

In fairness to the city of Youngstown, it is private contractors who are cutting cables and working at a snail's pace.  Consider that during World War II, we built entire industrial plants from scratch in under four months with 1940s technology.  Ah, the modern American work ethic.

They'll "bridge" or something.  Look at the bright side,  we HAVE new student apartments, we HAVE a new book store, we HAVE a new softball and soccer field!  What JT is orchestrating on the YSU campus is remarkable.
