God knows BGSU needs him.  My daughter and son-in-law are Falcons. Their D was TERRIBLE.
Hate to see him go, but nothing more sure in football than change.  Frankly, we had all 3 coordinators doing an outstanding job.  I think Ron Stoops' job with the special teams is a forgotten gem.  Especailly with Kennedy's shortcomings this season, the special teams didn't get the notice they deserved.
With Bo's influence, we probably won't notice too much drop off in the D short term.  After next season when Bo moves to a major job, we'll just have to see.

Interesting.  Only way to "sweeten the pot" enough at this point is to promise HC job after Bo leaves.
