Wasnt Mike Tomczak hanging the program.around last year? I recall an article that he was considering getting back into the coaching ranks.. Maybe he is interested or can be talked into the OC job?

He was a volunteer coach. Wasn't around full time.

No. It's Bo's defense but he's still a head coach and has a lot more responsibility in games.

No. It's Bo's defense but he's still a head coach and has a lot more responsibility in games.
chief, I hate to be picky, but I believe you mean "Yes"  as in "Yes, that's incorrect." 
I do think you are 100% correct. Bo's stamp will continue to be all over the defense, but he isn't going to be HC/DC.  Frankly I believe Crist is going to need more help anyway.

Hate to take a cheap shot at our new LB coach, and I expect him to be an excellent coach, BUT if you get cut by the Browns as Sean did, it's time to look for what you are going to do after playing!

People said that we were going to get Baker last year, it looks like a positive move.
