Indianapolis, Ind. – The Horizon League has released the full 2019-20 men's basketball conference schedule, the league announced on Tuesday.
Youngstown State opens the league slate with three straight away games and five of its first seven league contests on the road.
The Penguins begin league play at IUPUI (Dec. 28) and UIC (Dec. 30) before visiting Cleveland State (Jan. 4) for their first game of 2020.
Youngstown State hosts Oakland (Jan. 9) in its Horizon League home opener and closes the short homestand against Detroit Mercy (Jan. 11).
A pair of road games at Northern Kentucky (Jan. 16) and Wright State (Jan. 18) precede a three-week, five-game homestand at the Beeghly Center.
During that stretch, the Penguins host Milwaukee (Jan. 23), Green Bay (Jan. 25), UIC (Jan. 30), IUPUI (Feb. 1) and Cleveland State (Feb.
Youngstown State also plays four of its final six league games on the road. YSU visits Detroit Mercy (Feb. 13) and Oakland (Feb. 15) before hosting Wright State (Feb. 20) and Northern Kentucky (Feb. 22) in the final two regular-season home games.
The Penguins close out the regular season at Green Bay (Feb. 27) and Milwaukee (Feb. 29).
