If you have time  check out YSU recruits Josh Irwin and Michael Lucarotti.  Josh Has a great stroke from three and Michael who didn't play his best but you can see his tremendous athletic ability .   He also runs the point which at 6-4 is pretty impresive.

YPSI has MSU recruit Emoni bates who is the #1 hs player in the 2022 class and they have 5 guys 6-8 and over on their roster.   This Isn't Struthers vs Poland(no offense) but big time hs b-ball with rosters full of d1 guys.

Penguin recruit Like Chiconne.  His range on his shot is deep and he gets to the basket on drives.  Very excited to see him next season.  He only had 30 points.

another Luke Chicone and Mentor basketball game vs North.  The first 5 minutes Luke must of had 14 points in this beat down.   North has a 6-7 325 pound center that YSU should  recruit for football.  This guy is ma$$ive.

Luke is going to score the basketball.  He has deep range and he's going to have a lot of assists, steals and deflections.  Has a great nose(instinct) for the ball.

I'm not worried about his height but his slight built of frame on defense could be trouble.  Some Horizon league guards are big strong men.

Cole Gentry for Wright State was a small guard who was very effective.  I think Luke can be as good or better.

Mentor vs Dover future YSU recruit Luke Chicone had 20 at half.   YSU also offered Mentor's #15 Jonah Wagg a 6-2 guard who is just a good tough all around player.  Smaller version of Garrett Covington.  Not sure if YSU needs another guard but Jonah is going to be a nice player where ever he signs.

Luke looks small with high school players.  Hope he can grow to 6'3 or 6'4 by next year

If that happened, he might be in the transfer portal before his first game at YSU. LOl.
