Honestly, I fail to understanding why the second or third string qbs in this league are better than our starting qb.
At one time, we have 6 qbs on our roster. We even has a 2 star recruit on the bench.
Other teams have started their Freshmen qbs and many of them have played well. Yet, ours is standing on the sideline watching our 2 subpar qbs competing for the starting job.
Who recruited and developed all these qbs for us?

Talent and coaching have been borderline for years now.  Rest easy though your hometown AD has it figured out.

I will say that regardless of how badly Strollo has held us back with his fraternization and decision making, the current coach will be very good in due time

I agree.  DP seems to "get it"

I think both BP and DP both knew that he didn’t have the talents to compete.
Unfortunately, BP was trying to buy time without solving the problems during his transition to the next job.
Hopefully, DP will trying to solve the talent (or lack there of) problem because he views it as his job.

Double I agree with a lot of what you say.  I too like DP, and I think he will recruit well.  But time will tell if he can coach at a high level and if he has the staff to compete every week with some very good coaches.   Like a lot what I see from the defense.  Offense has been vanilla, boring, lacking creativity.  Is that because we don't have the talent or is it coaching?  Time will tell.

Since you brought up ABBA, I will say “Mama Mia” to this game cancellation.
Instead of being a blue color team, we now look more like  “Dancing Queen”. Oops, sorry, this might not be politically correct.

Bison, you just wanted us to kick North Dakota's arse.  I live in Colorado, and know a female Bison fan, and she wanted us to destroy UND.  So much disdain for your in-state rival!
