Murray State Game Week

Getting Blown out 36-0 to the #1 team in our house equals no play-offs!   The Penguins will not make the Play-offs with that performance on Saturday!  Doesn't matter what the team does against Murray!  Maybe if we  would have made a game of it Saturday, we might have had a chance!  Not now!  Back to the weight room guys!

Murry state is 2-8 but has been in a few games this year.  I smell upset and the idea that we are playing for nothing but pride now.  Playoffs are a foregone conclusion that we will not make them even if we win 55-0 this coming saturday.  I call it like i see it.

Just saying (for discussion purposes),

Assuming at 7-4, if the 3 mvfc loss are SDSU, SDU & NDSU (plus a power 5 loss), it probably will get in. If the 3 mvfc loss are Murray State, Indiana State & Illinois State, it will not get in.

3-loss overall team from the MVFC. There is no question that one, possibly 3 of those team are in this year NDSU loses today, they might be in trouble. Even then I don't see them kept out. There are 2 other autobids undecided with 3+ losses

Yes, not only do we need to win, we need to win by at least by 2 tds for us to make it in. Anything less than 14 points, we probably will need other help

Well, it's good if we win by a few, but honestly we need other help Even then. Luckily some.of that is happening. Furman lost (doesn't directly affect us but lowers the view of the entire southern conference) then Western Carolina lost, knocking themselves out of playoffs and greatly helping ysu. They were likely going to be in over ysu
