Mental mistakes is causing YSU to give this game back to Milwaukee.  A dumb 10 second call and a stupid lob. Shouldn't  blow a 10 point with 3 minutes to go.  Not to mention ziggy fouling on a 3 pt shot.

Leading by 10 with a little over 2 minutes to play and let UWM back in the game with UWM having a last shot to win in regulation.
Did a good job to ice the game in OT with timely FT.
Gabe single-handed turned the game around in the second half with his defense and blocks.

Gabe Dynes came in and made the difference in the game .  He totally intimidated UM front court.   Milwaukee is a tough matchup with their length and their very athletic.  Not looking forward to playing at their court.

GB best RMU in overtime tonight as well.  They come here for a Saturday showdown of top two teams.  Both teams will be running on fumes 2nd half because of overtime tonight.   Need to pack Beeghly and do another 6k.  Tonight over 3k in stands not too shaby.   We need everyone in town at Beeghly.   Nice loud crowd tonight especially in overtime.   Nice victory over a team that beat PFW on the road a few days before we lost to them.  Horizon is too balanced and got some strong teams.   One game at a time.

Dynes definitely turned the game around with all those blocks. Had he not played tonight, this may have been a YSU loss.

Ziggy was tremendous one game after probably his worst game of the year.

Rush was non existent again.  Only 4 points and played just 18 mins in a game that went to OT.

YSU did a nice job at the FT line.

Those 2 technicals by Milwaukee also proved huge giving YSU 3 free points.

Another double-double by Burns.  That's 7 straight & 15 for the year.

What was Thompson doing with that layup at the end of OT when everyone thought he was running out the clock?

YSU got a break with Oakland finally losing tonight to pull back to a tie for 2nd with them.  They are also 2 games up on 5th and have the tiebreaker over CSU.

Gabe was great on D - Ziggy was a beast.  I can't wait for the GB game and need to close out strong.

The team demonstrated great character by regaining composure after the meltdown in the final two minutes of regulation.

Memo to Calhoun: When you have the lead in the final two minutes but your team is getting trapped by the press and up against the ten-second count, please use your freakin' timeouts.
