IAA-all programs are clean until they get caught.
As for the violations from his days at YSU. I was at YSU when that story broke. They were reported to the NCAA, however they were discovered passed the statue of limitation, and we self imposed the penalties. Therefore the NCAA never penalized us. I think we cut scholarships for a couple yrs though.
