2012 Season
« on: November 17, 2011, 09:16:31 AM »
Whether we make the playoffs or not this year the athletic dept should be in overdrive mode to come up with solid plans to market next seson and the possibility of a great year in 2012.  With all of the returning talent and the team being so young it is exciting times at Stambaugh.   Now the Mahoning Valley is seeing the upswing in the program and this should mean more butts in the seats.

Come on Ath. dept. lets be proactive and market the program so everyone wants to come out.

Go Guins!

What would you have the athletic department do? Have the WRTA pick up fans?  Daytime fireworks shows?
or I know what you really want - free tickets for everyone?

Maybe just maybe we have to recreate ourselves (if we find money), win 2 to 3 more national championships, build the other side of stadium as we declare ourselves Division 1 independents, or better yet start playing teams we can relate to.
