Well I brought this up once before ..and I will try here once again. All schools seem to have pop songs that become their unofficial anthem. OSU has "Hang on Sloopy" (the McCoy's version). Saturday we heard Neil Diamond's "Sweet Caroline" mixed in with 'let's go pitt'. When I was just a kid, YSU used to play the Manfred Mann version of the classic "The Mighty Quinn". Fans changed the lyrics.

But when Quinn the Eskimo gets here (fans really did not change this line, but we were kids and used to say "when Pete the Penguin gets here")

A team song has to be old & a classic ..it fits very well. If we could get the guys in the sound and video to cooperate ...we have our song.
