BB passing game was better the last game because he was dinged up and didn't look to run and UNI put no pressure on him.  Their defense was worse than ours.  He had time to survey the field and make decisions.

Thoughts after attending game. Defense is terrible against both the run and pass.  Beau is a tough guy, good runner but lacks the arm strength to play at this level.  Had a guy wide open about 40 yards down field and could not get the ball to him.  You do not have to have a 70 yard arm but you do need a 40 yard arm which he doesn’t have.

I can’t believe the total lack of interest in our football team.  Not much posting on this site or Any Given Saturday and little media coverage paper or tv.  First game only 2 weeks away.

I remember last year how the coach said how good our defense was going into the season.  It turned out to be the worst we had since Wolford.  Coach just spewing coach talk.

These recruits all have another year.  A lot can change in a year.  A  better offer or bad season on our part may chase some away.  Also coaches reluctance to play freshman will keep some talent away. Who wants to waste a year setting behind someone that you are better than.

Same plan as last year which resulted in worst D since Wolford.  But this year we have less experienced players.  As long as the O scores 45 points per game we should be OK.

6-6 at best next year.  We will be 2-2 going into league play.  Will be fortunate to win half of league games.

We open with this team next year. This along with the money game we could easily enter league play with 2 losses.  Tough to make playoffs with 2 ooc losses.

This is the coaches 4th year and most of the players playing have a lot of experience some in 5th year. These excuses aren’t supported by the facts.  Just as his saying how good our defense was coming into the season.  Worst defense since Wolford.

Under the current leadership we are a 7-4 team at best if we remain in the mvfc and continue to schedule 2 ooc patsies.  This will not get us into the playoffs.  Davidson looked like a walk on yesterday locking on to his intended receivers and making poor decisions.  SDU dbs are as bad as ours and a good qb with a sold line would lite them up.  Also 56 needs benched too many mental mistakes for penalties.
