This is a win for me, plain and simple. We aren't to the out where we can focus on winning and losing as we simply do not have the talent level or mental toughness of an MVFC team. No sane and smart person should focus on wins and losses for a couple seasons. This rebuild job is a 5-6 year process.

Lol, sports is all about wins and losses. There are ZERO moral victories in football. Plain and simple. Joke.

Really! Are you kidding me.  That's the play we come up with!  Game should have been over a long time ago to the tune of 35-20.

Sports are about winning and losing but we simply do not have the talent to be anything more than a mediocre program. The fact we even competed with SIU is a huge surprise to me. I fully expected to lose by 3 touchdowns.

We make dozens of mistakes, give up a 12 & 11 point lead and you still blame one person. We simply do not make plays. Clearly #20 thought we had to score, because he had the first-down on the ground. We are not a good FB team ...that is it.

This is bad... Hey at least Wolford would take chances on 4th down.  Should have not kicked the FG and went for it.  I am sick of this

The Mooney connection needs to end. Get rid of Carl. Ron Stoops.  And obviously get rid of Montgomery. This was worse than the last two losses. Ashamed and disappointed in this pathetic display of football.

#pick 6 is the player of the game???? We win w/ no OT w/o the pick 6.  unreal.

2 of last 3 games lost due to a pick 6.

How do you not give #12 a pass play?  The D knows its run....

The offense has deteriorated immensely since last year.  We may only win one more game this season..

We can complain about coaches all we want but until this team gets more than one leader (Derrick Rivers) and starts to get tougher mentally than we aren't going to be anything more than a mediocre program. I've had season tickets for over 15 years and right now we just need to compete in games and develop a culture.

The hatred on the board for Montgomery is unbelievable. He didn't give up an 11 point lead with 5 minutes left. He didn't shank a punt for 12 yards, he didn't get punt blocked. Football is a team game and this loss is on the whole team: offense, defense and special teams. Half of you on here need to get a life. It is sad that 18-22 year old kids are more mature than some of you.

The defense was exceptional.  Special teams adequate.  The offense...terrible.  We played the second worst MVFC defense.  Who is in charge of the Offense?

WBB starts in 3 weeks, so at least there's that.
